Well summer is over for me unfortunately (not temp wise though.) It is still a scorcher here in the South but school is in session – as of today actually. Yes today is the first day of classes. All went well but I am exhausted. I gotta get used to walking up and down hills every other minute again. Anyway, I’m all moved in! Still waiting on the TV and loveseat but we’ve definitely turned our apartment into a temporary home. I miss the fam and Nashville and summer but the fall is really fun around here. Tailgates and football is enough to keep anyone busy (and happy.)
The highlight of my day today? The UT Farmers Market! It’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Local farmers, bakers, cooks, etc. set up tents on the Agriculture Campus and sell everything from ice cream to pizza to vegetables! Some are organic, some aren’t. Regardless, I’m going to be a regular at the Farmers Market on Wednesdays.
